Without further ado, here’s what I ate today.

Breakfast: Blueberry, Pineapple, and Banana Smoothie

AM Snack: Almonds & Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Lunch: Salad with Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Apples, & Grilled Chicken and GF Toast with Hummus

PM Snack: Edamame

While I was having my PM snack, I let the cats out. Dusty was enjoying the sunshine

Dinner: Lettuce Wraps – Ground Turkey with Veggies & Spices

  2. I love doing lettuce wraps! My favorite thing to add to them is tuna salad :)

      I love tilapia with garlic, lime juice, cilantro and avocado.. Never tried tuna salad though; I’ll have to grab some more tuna when I go grocery shopping (I currently only have 1 can and I’m sure one cat will come after my tuna if I don’t leave some for him!)

      It’s not easy.. but I have to think about what’s better for me. I get my recipes online, from magazines, and from watching my mom cook when I lived at home.
