I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already! How’s your week going so far? In case you missed it, my week had a smashing start… quite literally! I broke my right little toe on Monday, so I feel a little lost unable to go for a run. My inability to do my regular workouts affected what and when I ate today; I went to an Aqua Fitness class mid-morning, so I couldn’t have a full breakfast first thing.
So I didn’t have a proper lunch because I had my breakfast smoothie closer to noon. I’ll have to make sure to load up on my veggies today!
In regards to sensible snacks, I’m really liking the homemade nutella with fruit; it keeps me full for quite some time. I didn’t get to experiment with snacks this past weekend as much as I would have liked; but I made something new last night that I can’t wait to try tomorrow!
