{Gluten Free} Cold Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

I hadn’t tried cold overnight oats until recently when I made this Apple Cinnamon overnight oats recipe. I prepared the recipe and the next morning, I went to try them. I admit that I was a little scared… after all, I’d only ever had hot oats. I told  myself that it really was no different than rice pudding, and I was able to have a taste with an open mind. I thought the Apple Cinnamon oats re alright, but apple cinnamon isn’t always very tasty.

I decided to give them another try with one of my favourite fruits, mango, and that did the trick! I had frozen pineapple chunks and a pineapple Chobani on hand, but you can use whatever flavour of yogurt and fruit you have available.
